Welcome to PH-iDols. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PH-iDols platform at https://phidols.com (the "Service"), operated by PH-iDols ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • By registering, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
  • If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a unique username and password.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on PH-iDols ("User Content"), including text, images, videos, and other materials. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to:

  • Host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate the Service.
  • Make your content available to other users in accordance with your privacy settings.
  • Use your content in connection with advertising and promotional activities on the platform (e.g., displaying ads alongside content).

This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where your content has been shared by others and they have not deleted it.

3.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringes on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, or phishing attempts.
  • Impersonates another person or entity.
  • Exploits or harms minors in any way.
  • Promotes violence, self-harm, or hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
3.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Advertising

PH-iDols is an ad-supported platform. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Advertisements may be displayed alongside or in connection with your content and the content of other users.
  • We may use cookies and similar technologies (with your consent where required) to serve personalized advertisements. See our Cookie Policy.
  • We do not endorse any products or services advertised on the platform.
  • Your interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Service without our express written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Circumvent any access restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account to another party.
  • Use the Service to collect personal data of other users without their consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and all non-user content, is owned by PH-iDols and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PH-iDols shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PH-iDols, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
